Hi, I'm Solange, Habit Coach and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
I’m passionate about inspiring others to take steps towards fulfilling their dreams.
I'm convinced we can transform our lives by applying the simple practice of daily habits. I use the word simple partially in vain, knowing full well that making it happen is far from simple.
As someone who’s struggled with this, and continues to from time to time, I know far too well that there are a depth of reasons why we struggle.
One of my key tools is to notice when I say, "I don't feel like it," and choose to do it anyway. I realized how often this mindset was holding me back, feeling like I was stuck in Groundhog Day, with days turning into weeks and months without the change I wanted. Despite knowing about habits, I struggled to apply this knowledge.
I used to hit the snooze button multiple times each morning, only to rush out of bed in a frenzy. Now, I allow myself just one snooze while I wake up slowly with deep breaths.
